i.e. Practice presents a new paradigm for capturing, monitoring and benchmarking healthcare provider productivity and performance.
iepractice.com is a unique, mature web platform, launched during 2012 and initially built to support our managed client practices. Various manual PC based tasks and productivity capture were moved to a more accessible and interactive web platform. From its launch, to the current date, iepractice.com has been regularly upgraded, and new features added, at the request of our clients, as well as individual providers.
During 2024, a new feature was added to permit individuals, not associated with one of our managed practices, to access iepratice.com on a free ad supported basis. The changes we implemented involved expanding the available provider types to all listed in the NPI Taxonomy database, widening practice locations to all listed in the CMS Place of Service Code Set, expanding the levels of training to capture all from undergraduate medical education, through residency, fellowship and into practice, and lastly to include a time of day indicator. The extensive changes and mappings performed on our databases permits our users to filter blinded comparative data against their peers.
